So... This is either a "everybody in for the minimum so we look like we are doing something" or it really is a change in the field. Or both. I've only found press releases on it, no actual documents on what is involved besides a YORK absorption chiller, a Cogenra collector and Johnson Controls... um controls. Still looking as time allows.
